Dino-Lite AM2011 10x~50x, 220x 0.3MP Digital Microscope review and discount

Dino-Lite AM2011 10x~50x, 220x 0.3MP Digital Microscope

Dino-Lite AM2011 10x~50x, 220x 0.3MP Digital Microscope description

The Dino-Lite AM2011 handheld digital microscope is best in class among the sub $100 handheld digital microscopes. It has better optics, construction and software and we recommend it over cheaper imitations. The microscope offers 640x480 pixel accurate color resolution, sophisticated but simple to use included software for both PC and Mac and 4 white LED lights that are 'always on'. Recommended for schools and hobbyists, the AM2011 also provides variable magnification of 10x~50x and up to 230x so is well-suited for viewing macro specimens such as insects, crystals, petals, etc. Kids love to see their eyeballs or nostrils on screen! Simply position the microscope at the required distance and focus by using the scroll bar on the side of the microscope housing. Then take stills, live video or even time lapse video, all of which can be neatly stored in a variety of popular formats (JPEG, BMP, AVI) in the included file management system. Powered by USB 2.0, the microscope is housed in a tough ABS plastic shell. Package includes AM2011 microscope, software CD and cradle stand. Please note that you may require a stand in addition.
